You Were Not Given This to Keep
Everything you carry was issued, not awarded. Issued things come with a destination.
I handle resources for a living, so forgive me if I am blunt about this. There is a difference between holding an asset and deploying one, and most people I meet are holding.
They know what they are good at. They can name it. They have been complimented on it for twenty years. And it is sitting in an account doing nothing, because nobody ever told them it had a destination, and an asset with no destination quietly becomes an identity instead. That is the trap. You stop asking what it is for and start being satisfied that you have it.
A gift you are only admiring is a gift that has not been deployed.
Assignments are specific. That is the part people find uncomfortable. Not a general instruction to be useful, which is a thing nobody has ever acted on. A particular work, in a particular place, matched to a particular way of leading, perceiving and making that happens to be exactly how you are built.
Somewhere there is a work with your shape cut out of it. It has been unclaimed for years. Not because nobody was willing. Because the person built for it has been busy admiring what they were carrying.
I would rather you find that out now than at the end, with clean hands and a full account.
You were issued something. It has a destination on it. You are allowed to read the label.
Three tests open this one. The Kingdom Personality Profile tells you how you lead, the Spiritual Discernment Profile how you perceive, and the Sacred Expression Profile how you create. Together they are your assignment.
